ABOUT
Symington Community Council is a voluntary organisation made up of local Symington residents, each with a genuine interest in the well being of the community.
Their chief role is to be representative; to consult the local community and make it known to the local authority & other public bodies the views of local people on all matters effecting them.
All Community Council members are elected annually and every meeting is open for public attendance, with full minutes published for public consideration. The Council is always looking for new members to join - just come along to any Community Council meeting for more information.
